岁在乙巳，孟夏之月，曹县之地，风和日丽。是日也，群贤毕至，吕建德书法藏馆开幕之仪，于众目睽睽间隆重启幕。墨香盈袖，宾主咸集，文士挥毫，群贤共咏，可谓盛事。
吕公建德，济宁书苑之宿儒，字艺双馨，年七十有五，生于曹州，成名于济宁，历任书画院长，得艺坛尊崇。公性耽翰墨，尤嗜古风，凡篆隶楷草，无不研精致思;寓诗意于字法，寄心声于笔端，求古不泥古，挥洒自如，笔力雄健而神韵悠远。
是日也，公特将平生心血之作，一百二十一帧，尽以《春江花月夜》为题，文思清远，笔墨空灵。自唐人张若虚一篇绝唱，千载之下，吕公以墨追其意，以心追其境。或疏宕如月下流波，或沉稳如江中孤舟;或尺牍小品，情致绵邈;或巨幅鸿篇，气势磅礴。皆凝精聚神，脱略凡近，堪称墨海瑰宝。是数百日所构思者，亦数十载所蕴蓄者，今无偿捐于故里，意寓深厚，情感弥笃。
公在仪式之上，陈词温雅，言辞朴诚，曰：“予虽年迈，然初心未改，今将心力之所归，字里行间之魂魄，悉数奉献于斯土。愿吾笔墨，润泽乡风，启迪来者。”

In the midsummer of the year Yisi, beneath gentle winds and clear skies, the county of Cao welcomed an occasion of cultural splendor. On this auspicious day, the Lü Jiande Calligraphy Collection Hall held its grand opening. The fragrance of ink lingered in the air as esteemed guests gathered in harmony, scholars exchanged greetings, and the spirit of literature flourished—truly, a moment of refined celebration.
Master Lü Jiande, a highly respected figure in the calligraphy circles of Jining, was born in Cao County in 1950 and has long been revered for his mastery in brush and ink. With decades devoted to the art, he has served as the dean of the Kongmeng Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and is widely known for his profound scholarship and artistic integrity. From seal script to clerical, from regular to cursive styles, he explores each with meticulous care, weaving ancient charm into every modern stroke. His calligraphy is a union of poetic spirit and technical elegance, where strength meets serenity, and form blends with soul.
On this memorable day, Master Lü generously donated 121 original works, all centered around the classical Tang dynasty poem "Spring River in the Moonlight Night". Through this thematic series, the timeless beauty of the verse is reborn through brush and ink. His compositions—some delicate and intimate, others grand and sweeping—capture the river’s gentle flow, the moon’s tranquil gaze, and the poet’s eternal yearning. Every piece, whether a compact scroll or a monumental work, reflects not only artistic skill but a lifetime of emotional depth and cultural devotion.
Standing before the audience, Master Lü spoke with humility and affection:
"Though aged in years, my heart remains rooted in my homeland. Today, I offer the fruits of my life's work to the soil that once nourished me. May these characters nourish minds, inspire hearts, and let our heritage bloom anew."
Chairman Li Guangbin of the Cao County Political Consultative Conference praised the donation as both a personal act of generosity and a cultural milestone for the region. He stated that the establishment of the collection hall honors not only Master Lü’s devotion but also the county’s commitment to preserving and promoting traditional Chinese arts.
The hall, elegantly curated and thoughtfully designed, now stands as a beacon of cultural preservation in Cao County.
